Locos X Futbol is a company made up of a great interdisciplinary team: expert lawyers in sports law, renowned youth soccer coaches, as well as marketing, web and social media technicians. Sponsorship Proposal
The financing of Xports Xperts is the direct responsibility of each of the activities that the brand itself organizes, the company’s intention being to achieve self-financing based on the costs that each one of them generates and the payment by the participants who make it. they benefit.
However, as an entity, we aim for a better continuous service to its associates and to the participants of the organized activities. Hence, it seeks and accepts external sponsors that provide a better service to the club and its image, without implying an increase in profits.
In this case, the sponsorship contribution has three fundamental objectives:
• The partial financing of the official training equitation of players and coaches, so as to lower the costs for obtaining them by the participants.
• Expansion of materials and improvement of infrastructures.
• The training of coaches and tasks of the technical team.

The sponsorship contract will be for two years, from the signing of the contract, since that is the duration considered as useful for the kits of the players that have the sponsors’ logos screen printed.

OBSERVATIONS
Screen printing will be added to the total price of the sponsorship (will be carried out by the designated printer)
The textile sponsorships will be valid from the signing of the contract, with a delivery period of about 2-3 weeks from the signing.
The official sponsor, the partial sponsors and the promoters will make two payments, the first will be made to the account indicated in the contract within 10 days after signing and the second, just one year later.
Collaborators and supporters will make a single payment to the account indicated in the contract within 10 days after signing.
SPORTS SPONSORSHIP is the modality of financing the activity of athletes and professional clubs and is carried out through an advertising sponsorship contract, through which, in exchange for a financial contribution, an advertising action is carried out. Article 24 of Law 34/1998, of November 11, General Advertising, regulates and defines the sponsorship contract. Article 4, section One of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, states that they are tax deductible in Corporate Tax.
